AQ Community Guidelines 

Our Mission

AQ is a coaching and mindset platform to help you step into your most empowered, abundant, and authentic life. We are a welcoming community that loves to work with diverse creatives, including artists, curators, industry leaders, and more. We aim to create a safe and nurturing space on our private coaching calls, masterminds, and membership sessions. We celebrate each other’s wins and seek to help others achieve their goals by providing safety and accountability. 

Safe Space

This space, which includes our website, live Zoom calls, member area, and social media channels, and more is aligned with our mission and is designed to be a safe and inclusive space for respectful and civilized conversation that honors each of our members. We ask that you please help us continue creating spaces with kind and constructive conversations, even if you do not agree on a topic or statement. If something is not in alignment with you, kindly move on to something else that inspires you instead. The online spaces we host are moderated by staff members who believe in the importance of respectfully supporting each and every one of your journeys. 

During our live coaching session members will have an opportunity to indicate their pronouns, get a safe word and reach out to moderators if anything triggering or uncomfortable comes up. 

Please note that if you posted on our social media or private group and do not see your post or comment on our feed, it may have been found to not be in alignment with our guidelines and rules. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the regulations and guidelines that follow to help us keep the community safe and supportive for all who participate in this group. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES:

All social media posts and comments are subject to the approval of the admin team. Before posting on our website or social media, please ensure they align with the below guidelines:

-Please step into this community with a willingness to connect and support one another. Before you post, please check in with yourself and see if your comment or message is kind, constructive, helpful, or inspiring. Please refrain from submitting posts or comments with harsh language, complaints, or negativity. If you have a legitimate concern, please email our team at [email protected]. 

-Members are welcome to share their new work and offers, we welcome wins and launches and are happy to support your growth

-Please refrain from participating in gossip or triangulation. In this community, we hold space for each other, see the best in each other, and put our most authentic selves forward at all times. Please avoid spreading negative rumors or judgment about community members. If you feel unsafe, please notify our team privately over e-mail of your concern.

-Please refrain from any type of hate speech or bullying. We believe in the power of restorative justice through community dialogue. Immediate removal from social media or our online membership will result from commentary or posts that contribute to racism, homophobia, transphobia, classism, fatphobia, or ableism. You are welcome to reach out to admins if you have any questions and/or concerns. If you leave harmful comments of this sort on our Instagram profile, your account may be blocked or restricted. 

-Please report any abusive content directly to our team at [email protected] to facilitate the content's removal, rather than engaging with the group member or commenting on social media. 

-Please be polite and courteous in all communications with all members and staff. Advice, constructive criticism, and healthy disagreements may arise, but please refrain from personal attacks, hurtful comments, or harassing members no matter the situation. 

-We are here for you, and it's important that you advocate for yourself. Your success and joy are in our best interest, and we look forward to sharing your beautiful art, work, and success with our audience. 

Thank you for your support and cooperation as AQ works to create safe and nurturing spaces. Please note that breaking these guidelines once will result in a warning from our team, and breaking these guidelines twice may result in removal from our group, membership, or social media. Infringements will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
